Service Policy

1. At Sinead Home Massage Service, we strive to provide you with the highest quality of service tailored to your needs, ensuring a truly rejuvenating experience from start to finish.

2. To better serve you, we ask for a minimum of 1 hour’s advance booking. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule as quickly as we can.

3. We accept advance bookings up to 10 calendar days.

4. We kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. If it’s a same-day cancellation, please let us know as soon as possible.

5. In the event of a no-show, a 50% charge of the total booking cost will apply.

6. Client-caused delays of starting the service will incur a charge of 50 Pesos for every 5 minutes.

7. Before your therapist arrives, please ensure you’ve taken your shower. There’s a 5-minute window for tardiness; exceeding this may result in a shortened service duration.

8. Please prepare one dry, clean towel per person. If you prefer to use our towels, there will be a charge of 50 Pesos per towel.

9. Reach out to us directly for booking inquiries. Our Spa Attendants don’t share personal contact details; instead, contact us through our dedicated mobile numbers, email or message us on Instagram or Facebook Messenger @sineadhomespa.

10. For cash payments, please have the exact amount ready for a smooth and hassle-free transaction. For payments made through bank transfer, Gcash, or Maya, please provide proof of payment via our social media accounts @sineadhomespa or directly to our Spa Attendant.


Consent and Waiver

Your safety and well-being are important to us. Please take a moment to review our Massage Therapy Consent and Waiver before proceeding.

I understand and agree to the following:

1. My Massage: I've chosen a massage type and understand what it's for. I've had the chance to ask questions and feel confident in my decision.

2. My Health: I've honestly shared my health history, including any conditions, allergies, or medications that my therapist should know about. I'll let them know if anything changes.

3. Massage Safety: I understand that massage involves physical contact and there are potential risks involved. I agree that Sinead Home Massage Service and its therapists aren't responsible for any unexpected reactions, unless caused by their negligence.

4. My Choice: My participation in the massage is voluntary, and I can stop or modify the treatment at any time.

5. My Privacy: I've read Sinead Home Massage Service's Privacy Policy and agree with how they handle my personal information.
