Service Policy

Dear Valued Customer,

  1. At Sinead Home Massage Service, we strive to provide you with the highest quality of service tailored to your needs, ensuring a truly rejuvenating experience from start to finish.
  2. To better serve you, we ask for a minimum of 1 hour’s advance booking. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule as quickly as we can.
  3. We accept advance bookings up to 10 calendar days.
  4. We kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. If it’s a same-day cancellation, please let us know as soon as possible.
  5. In the event of a no-show, a 50% charge of the total booking cost will apply.
  6. Client-caused delays of starting the service will incur a charge of 50 Pesos for every 5 minutes.
  7. Before your therapist arrives, please ensure you’ve taken your shower. There’s a 5-minute window for tardiness; exceeding this may result in a shortened service duration.
  8. Please prepare one dry, clean towel per person. If you prefer to use our towels, there will be a charge of 50 Pesos per towel.
  9. Reach out to us directly for booking inquiries. Our Spa Attendants don’t share personal contact details; instead, contact us through our dedicated mobile numbers, email or message us on Instagram or Facebook Messenger @sineadhomespa.
  10. For cash payments, please have the exact amount ready for a smooth and hassle-free transaction. For payments made through bank transfer, Gcash, or Maya, please provide proof of payment via our social media accounts @sineadhomespa or directly to our Spa Attendant.

 

Our Wellness Reminders:

  1. We recommend bathing before your massage and dressing comfortably.
  2. Ladies with long hair, it’s helpful to tie it up to avoid excess oil.
  3. Please treat our therapists with respect, adhering to our CLEAN MASSAGE policy.
  4. Prepare one dry, clean towel per person. You can use your own or opt for our.
  5. While we do our best to be on time, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Post-massage Tips:

  1. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins.
  2. Take It Easy: Avoid strenuous activities for 24 hours.
  3. Stretch Lightly: Gentle stretching can help maintain flexibility.
  4. Warm Bath or Shower: Further relax your muscles with warmth.
  5. Eat Light: Choose healthy, light meals to support healing.
  6. Listen to Your Body: Rest if you feel any discomfort.
  7. Regular Massage: Schedule regular sessions to maintain well-being.
  8. Sleep Well: A good night’s sleep aids in muscle recovery.
