- To better serve you, we ask for a minimum of 1 hour’s advance booking. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule as quickly as we can.
- We accept advance bookings up to 10 calendar days.
- We kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. If it’s a same-day cancellation, please let us know as soon as possible.
- In the event of a no-show, a 50% charge of the total booking cost will apply.
- Client-caused delays of starting the service will incur a charge of 50 Pesos for every 5 minutes.
- Before your therapist arrives, please ensure you’ve taken your shower. There’s a 5-minute window for tardiness; exceeding this may result in a shortened service duration.
- Please prepare one dry, clean towel per person. If you prefer to use our towels, there will be a charge of 50 Pesos per towel.
- Reach out to us directly for booking inquiries. Our Spa Attendants don’t share personal contact details; instead, contact us through our dedicated mobile numbers, email or message us on Instagram or Facebook Messenger @sineadhomespa.
- For cash payments, please have the exact amount ready for a smooth and hassle-free transaction. For payments made through bank transfer, Gcash, or Maya, please provide proof of payment via our social media accounts @sineadhomespa or directly to our Spa Attendant.

- We recommend bathing before your massage and dressing comfortably.
- Ladies with long hair, it’s helpful to tie it up to avoid excess oil.
- Please treat our therapists with respect, adhering to our CLEAN MASSAGE policy.
- Prepare one dry, clean towel per person. You can use your own or opt for our.
- While we do our best to be on time, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
