Service Policy

Dear Valued Customer,

  1. At Sinead Home Massage Service, we strive to provide you with the highest quality of service tailored to your needs, ensuring a truly rejuvenating experience from start to finish.
  2. We kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. If it’s a same-day cancellation, please let us know as soon as possible.
  3. In the event of a no-show, a 50% charge of the total booking cost will apply.
  4. Client-caused delays of starting the service will incur a charge of 150 Pesos for every 15 minutes.
  5. Before your therapist arrives, please ensure you’ve taken your shower. There’s a 5-minute window for tardiness; exceeding this may result in a shortened service duration.
  6. Reach out to us directly for booking inquiries. Our Spa Attendants don’t share personal contact details; instead, contact us through our dedicated mobile numbers or message us on Instagram or Facebook Messenger @sineadhomespa.
  7. For payments made through bank transfer, Gcash, or Maya, please provide proof of payment via our social media accounts @sineadhomespa or directly to our Spa Attendant.

Our Wellness Reminders:

  1. We recommend bathing before your massage and dressing comfortably.
  2. Ladies with long hair, it’s helpful to tie it up to avoid excess oil.
  3. Please treat our therapists with respect, adhering to our CLEAN MASSAGE policy.
  4. Prepare two dry, clean towels per person. You can use your own or opt for ours.
  5. While we do our best to be on time, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
